Maintenance plan questions.

Are tenants notified of visits?
Yes — we coordinate scheduled visits with your tenants directly (with your permission), giving the legally-required 24 hours' notice and following any access protocols you specify.
What if I want to cancel?
All plans are billed monthly with no long contracts. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice — no exit fees.
Do you handle properties outside Beckenham?
We cover Beckenham, Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham, Orpington and wider Greater London at standard rates. Further afield is quoted per property — get in touch and we'll let you know.
Can I add fire door or roof work to a maintenance plan?
Absolutely — that's the point. Portfolio and Enterprise plans bundle annual fire door inspections at a steep discount, and all plan members get preferred rates on roof, gutter and structural work.
