This policy explains what happens to your information when you contact Beckenham Property Support through this website. It's written to describe what we actually do, not a generic template.

Who we are

Beckenham Property Support provides property maintenance and handyman services in Beckenham and the surrounding area. You can reach us at info@beckenhampropertysupport.co.uk or 07393 427899. If you need to know our full registered business details for a specific legal or insurance purpose, ask us directly and we'll confirm them.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, postcode, the service you're enquiring about, and a message describing the job. We only use this to respond to your enquiry, understand what work you need, and arrange a quote or visit if it goes ahead. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email directly, the same principle applies: we use what you tell us to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry out the work you've asked about.

How your enquiry is sent

The contact form sends your message directly to our own email inbox over an authenticated email connection. It is not stored in a public database or shared dashboard beyond our own mailbox. A short automated confirmation email is sent back to the address you provide, purely to confirm we've received your message.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if the job goes ahead, to carry out and follow up on the work. We don't currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule; if you'd like your information removed from our records, email us and we'll action it.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and there's no tracking pixel on any page. Two things on the site do talk to third parties, and it's worth being upfront about both:

• Google Fonts. Page text is displayed using Google-hosted fonts. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which — like any web request — includes your IP address. Google's own documentation states its font-serving infrastructure doesn't use this for tracking or store it against a profile, but the request happens regardless of whether you interact with anything.
• Google Maps. The map in the contact section of the homepage is an embedded Google Maps view of the general Beckenham area. If you scroll, click or interact with it, Google may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy — that's between you and Google, not something this site controls.
